  • Clubhouse includes a fireplace, sitting area, picnic tables, table games, (table tennis, Foosball, checkers/chess) a kids corner with books & puzzles. (all books, puzzles have been removed at this time)

  • Wi-Fi available upon request

  • Parking for your ATV or horse trailers (corrals available for equines)

  • Pets Welcome upon approval and your help in cleaning up after them.

  • A pond exclusively for kids only.  (With adult supervision)

Basic List of Items You Might Consider

  • The Family - Friends or Both!

  • Towels - Paper towels, shower/bath, kitchen towels, scrubby for dishes, etc.  (Toilet paper, dish soap, coffee filters & trash bags are supplied.)

  • Personal toiletries (bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, lotions, q-tips, toothbrush/paste, band-aids etc.)

  • Foil, plastic wrap, baggies, paper plates, napkins, etc.

  • Crock-pot 

  • Char-coal & Char-coal lighter fluid for grilling

  • Camera, bug spray, sunscreen, flashlight

  • Fishing/hiking/rain gear, extra clothing for layering (Colorado's weather is unpredictable, better to be prepared.)

  • Indoor/Outdoor family games

  • Extra fuel for your ATV's

  • Don't forget the kids favorite smores!
