Cathedral Ranch Cabins has been welcoming its guests for generations.

Its original founders Forest & Billie Cadwell created this piece of heaven for families and friends to enjoy back in the late 1940's and early 50's.  There are seven rustic yet modern cabins in addition to a Clubhouse that was built to house family gatherings and occasional dances.  It was eventually named Billie's Ballroom after Billie Cadwell the matriarch of the family.  (The name Billie's Ballroom says it all.) 

It is truly a one of a kind place to get away from all the busy stresses that life can bring.  The cabins are tucked beneath the Cathedral Rocks in Hinsdale County, Colorado at an elevation of approximately 9200 ft at the end of the road and next to the Cathedral Creek.  While some may feel it's too secluded, others find its one of the best qualities.  Its not often you stay in a beautiful area with NO thru traffic, NO cell service and NO worries! 

The darkness of a clear night reveals how magical the consolations can be and while the kids are waiting to wish upon a falling star they gather round their evening campfire.  It is there you will find yourself re-living your childhood alongside your child or grandchild.  The smell of the campfire, making of smores, telling of stories, games being played that once were played when you were a child.  The laughter of family and friends gathered round is a priceless memory that you will all forever hold dear!
